**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of our web application.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and oversee the architecture of our web application, ensuring it meets scalability, performance, and security standards.
  • Lead and mentor an agile development team, fostering collaboration and growth while driving product success.
  • Create engaging and responsive user interfaces utilizing Radix UI, Tailwind, JS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Implement solutions with Supabase, focusing on efficient data management and scalability.
  • Build and maintain high-performant search using Strapi.
  • Create and maintain LLM-powered apps and features.
  • Utilize Datadog and Sentry for tracking application performance and managing issues effectively.
  • Integrate key services, including emailing solutions, Amazon APIs, and Google Auth, Business, and Analytics APIs.
  • Automate deployment and operational processes using shell scripting and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient code integration.
  • Oversee version control using Git and Bitbucket to ensure code quality and streamline collaboration.
  • Apply MVVM principles to enhance the maintainability and testability of the application.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in web development with a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks, client-side, and server-side technologies.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in leading high-performance development teams and managing product development lifecycles.
  • Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, JavaScript, Radix UI, Tailwind, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Supabase, backend as a service, and serverless architecture principles.
  • Experience with self-managed servers like DigitalOcean droplets and services.
  • Experience with building LLM-powered apps using RAG.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools like Datadog and Sentry.
  • Proficiency in integrating APIs, particularly for emailing, Amazon, and Google services.
  • Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and shell scripting.
  • Solid understanding of MVVM architecture and best coding practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
