About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to build transformative AI-driven software applications. You'll be responsible for coding and developing core functionalities for a Learning Management System with integrated AI features, ensuring robust implementation of frontend designs and secure backend integration.

This is a high-impact position working alongside our Senior Technical Manager and AI development team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop full-stack web applications with a focus on security, scalability, and multi-tenancy.
  2. Support UI design with tools like Uizard for mockups, layout improvements, and accessibility checks.
  3. Implement ReactJS frontends and Python/FastAPI backends with WebSocket functionality.
  4. Write AI-powered automated tests using Mabl and implement PostHog for analytics.
  5. Configure PostgreSQL databases and containerize with Docker.
  6. Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3) with CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
  7. Collaborate with AI engineers and create clear technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Docker and AWS infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with secure, scalable, multi-tenanted applications.
  • Strong CI/CD and Git skills.
  • Mastery of AI development tools.
