Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional for the role of Assistant Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing strategies and execution.

This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

Main Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company's presence on social media platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
