Job Title: Administration Executive

The Administration Executive is a key role within the organization, responsible for providing expert guidance and mentorship to the Admin Department team members. This position ensures effective administrative support for all stakeholders by monitoring and managing admin department activities continuously.

This role involves liaising with government agencies and external partners on administrative matters. Maintaining accurate attendance and leave records is also an essential responsibility of this position.

The Administration Executive is responsible for office building maintenance, furniture, water, and power supply systems. Ensuring product/supply standards are met and coordinating repair/maintenance activities as needed is also a critical aspect of this role.

Maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery is vital in this position. Properly maintaining admin-related records for smooth department operations is also a significant responsibility.

Liaising with government agencies like WAPDA, Police, TCS, DHL, TNT, American Express, Chamber of Commerce, Hotels, and contractors is an important part of this role. Managing pool car/rent-a-car provision, bill scrutiny, and distribution to various cost centers is also a key responsibility.

Arranging timely passports, visas, and hotel reservations (local and overseas) is another essential task in this position. Registering and insuring company vehicles, performing maintenance, and providing pool car/rent-a-car services is also a significant responsibility.

Taking initiatives to enhance admin department efficiency and completing tasks assigned by Executive Management is a critical aspect of this role.
