Senior Territory Representative

We are a new world-leading consumer healthcare company that is dedicated to improving everyday health for millions of people. As a Senior Territory Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales representatives, and developing strong relationships with key clients in the Multan region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and DMS software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
