Job Role Overview

The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, lead a team of sales representatives, and develop strong relationships with key clients in the Multan region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and DMS software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
