Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Strategist to spearhead pipeline growth and align outreach with our go-to-market objectives in the Global Marketing Department.

This role will play a pivotal part in identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, and refining messaging across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies for high-growth verticals (Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, eCommerce, etc.)
  • Create persona-specific messaging for core offerings: Staff Augmentation, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Mobile & Web Development
  • Cybersecurity

The ideal candidate will have experience in SDR, GTM, or Outbound Strategy roles (B2B SaaS/IT preferred) with a strong understanding of lead segmentation, funnel stages, and account-based strategy. They will also have hands-on experience with Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as well as familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for performance analytics.
