
Strategic Enterprise Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive strategic growth and lead the enterprise sales function in the Middle East market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, cloud, and digital transformation, with a proven track record of success in relationship building, client acquisition, and deal-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop New Market Opportunities
Identify and develop strategies to capitalize on new market opportunities across Pakistan and the Middle East for AI, cloud, and digital transformation services.
BUILD Strategic AlliancesEstablish and expand strategic alliances with technology leaders, accelerators, and global system integrators to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Lead End-to-End Sales CycleOwn the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure for key accounts in Pakistan and the Middle East region.
Grow Client RelationshipsBuild and grow new and existing client relationships to ensure upsells, renewals, and high client satisfaction.
Oversee RFP ResponsesLead RFP responses, collaborating with technical, legal, and finance teams to submit winning bids.
Track Sales Targets and Pipeline HealthMonitor sales targets, pipeline health, and profitability per engagement to drive long-term revenue growth.
Drive Long-Term Revenue StrategiesPursue co-selling partnerships, joint ventures, and potential M&A opportunities to drive long-term revenue growth.
Represent the Organization as a Thought LeaderRepresent the organization as a thought leader in industry events, webinars, and C-level advisory sessions.
Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery TeamsPartner with marketing and delivery teams to design and execute lead generation and demand generation campaigns, and ensure seamless project handovers and successful client outcomes.
Partner with Product TeamsWork with product teams to identify whitespace opportunities and shape new service offerings.
Requirements- 10+ Years of Experience in Hybrid Sales and Business Development
Minimum 10 years of experience in a hybrid sales and business development role within IT services, AI, or digital transformation.
Demonstrate Success in Closing Deals and Establishing Impactful PartnershipsDemonstrate success in closing deals and establishing impactful technology partnerships or alliances.
Domain Expertise in AI, Cloud Technologies, or Enterprise Software SolutionsDeep domain expertise in AI, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions.
Strong Network of Connections Within Fortune 500 Companies and Tech EcosystemStrong network of connections within Fortune 500 companies, the broader tech ecosystem, and investor communities.
Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Management SkillsOutstanding skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
