About the Role
  • Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining databases, generating reports, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Timely completion of tasks, accuracy of data entry, maintenance of database integrity, and provision of technical assistance to staff.
Responsibilities
  1. Data Entry and Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely data entry, and maintain databases to support business operations.
  2. Report Generation and Presentation: Create reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office software to meet business needs.
  3. Document Management: Organize and manage electronic and physical documents to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
  4. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to staff, perform basic troubleshooting, and minimize downtime.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. MS Office Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  2. Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy, with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  3. Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Prioritization and Time Management: Proactive and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
