This Client Communication Specialist position is a full-time onsite opportunity that requires a strong background in software sales and business development. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement a growth strategy to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions meeting client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other commercial aspects to close profitable deals.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales or business development, preferably within a software house or tech environment.
- Experience working with the US international market.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of software solutions, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
