We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital transformation and manage brand narratives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for company branding and CEO's personal branding.
  • Oversee content calendars, campaign plans, and content creation pipelines.
  • Lead and guide a team of video editors, graphic designers, content writers, and platform managers.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and implement innovative approaches to stand out in the market.
  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and audience insights to adapt content strategies.
  • Work closely with paid ads team to align organic + paid campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Track KPIs, generate monthly growth and engagement reports, and recommend optimizations.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or digital strategy roles

• Proven track record of growing brand channels + personal brand channels across platforms

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO/SEM, paid digital campaigns, content marketing, analytics

• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills

• Highly creative, data-driven, and trend-aware
