Job Title: Software Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain an up-to-date understanding of the code base, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of technologies and architectures, and mentor within your product stream and the broader team.
  • Collaborate with other Leads and Seniors to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Promote companywide coding standards, guidelines, and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership by setting ambitious goals.
  • Influence the technical vision and direction within your stream.
  • Work closely with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, CLM, and Strategy teams to deliver exceptional products.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript and ReactJS frameworks.
  • Experience with open-source web frameworks like NextJS.
  • Proficiency in source code control, build processes, CI/CD, and automated testing methodologies.
  • Ability to design and architect scalable systems.
  • Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP.
