We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to drive impactful design projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to frame user needs and behavior, define optimized user flow, and deliver polished design work grounded in solid research and validation.

  • Evaluate user requirements with product managers, design managers, and engineers.
  • Craft beautiful designs and delightful user experiences using visual design, interaction, and product design skills.
  • Own design projects from start to finish, leading UX initiatives and participating in design sprints.
  • Ship high-quality work without sacrificing speed.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how flows function and look like.
  • Prepare and present rough user flows and wireframes to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
  • Adhere to style standards and contribute to our growing design system and UI library.
  • Partner with product managers, customer support agents, and other stakeholders to develop empathy for users and advocate for their needs.
  • Collaborate with different disciplines to explore, build, and ship designs.

About You

  • Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in high-tech companies.
  • Portfolio of design projects.
  • Passion for solving product problems and balancing user experience facets.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process.
  • Proficiency in interaction design for mobile and web applications.
  • Proficiency with current industry design and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
