Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and implement effective content campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media plan that aligns with our brand objectives, including content calendar planning, campaign management, and influencer collaborations.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual and video content that enhances our social media presence, and curate engaging content from industry leaders and influencers.
  • Social Media Engagement: Proactively engage with followers by managing comments, responding to direct messages, and fostering discussions on various social media platforms.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 2-4 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, best practices, and trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media insights and data.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
