Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our User Growth Planning team. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in tracking user acquisition, retention, and overall growth through data analysis and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analytics and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize user performance and commercial outcomes.Growth Planning & Forecasting:
  • Assist in compiling data and reports to support growth planning efforts.
  • Work with the team to track user growth metrics and performance trends.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
  • Gather and analyze user behavior and sales performance data.
  • Maintain and update dashboards to track key user growth metrics.
KPI Monitoring:
  • Assist in tracking user retention and acquisition KPIs.
  • Highlight key trends and discrepancies in user performance data.
Operational Insights & Reporting:
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on user growth trends for internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams in Marketing, Commercial, Finance to support growth initiatives.
  • Help align reporting and analysis with business objectives.
  • Support in basic financial tracking related to user growth initiatives.
  • Assist in evaluating the performance of marketing and growth campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business analytics or performance tracking, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Having basic SQL knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
