Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr.
  3. BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS BY UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDING TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations that meet client requirements.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  8. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the website design and development industry.
  3. Strong understanding of web design and development processes and technologies such as WEBSITE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND LAUNCH.
  4. Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing sales deals with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  5. Able to build and maintain long-term client relationships with INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools such as SALESFORCE.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
