Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr.
- BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS BY UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDING TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the website design and development industry.
- Strong understanding of web design and development processes and technologies such as WEBSITE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND LAUNCH.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing sales deals with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- Able to build and maintain long-term client relationships with INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools such as SALESFORCE.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
