Job Description

The Airside Concessions Planning Strategist will play a key role in enhancing the competitiveness of Changi Airport retail, F&B and services businesses.

This involves leading a portfolio of airside concession categories, developing leasing strategies and plans, marketing concession spaces, cultivating relationships with tenants and prospects, executing leasing exercises and managing lease negotiations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective leasing strategies to drive business growth
  • Marketing concession spaces to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
  • Cultivating strong relationships with tenants and prospects to drive business growth
  • Executing leasing exercises and managing lease negotiations to secure optimal terms
  • Analysing and evaluating proposals from potential tenants to ensure alignment with company goals

Requirements:

  • Good degree from a reputable university in Accountancy, Business, Economics or Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Passion for and interest in retail and F&B
  • Leadership experience and/or leasing experience are preferred
