We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Red Point. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
You will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to reach new customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and expanding our customer base.
Key Tasks:- Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Providing excellent customer service by answering all customer queries effectively.
- Preparing and delivering presentations on our products and services.
- Building and maintaining professional networks.
- Scheduling meetings with potential clients and understanding their needs and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of phone conversations and generating potential customer leads.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA).
- Experience in a marketing firm is required.
