Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Sales Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads and driving sales through social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation on social media.
  2. Identify and engage with potential clients and influencers to generate high-quality leads.
  3. Utilize advanced search techniques and community engagement to uncover new sales opportunities.
  4. Convert leads into sales through personalized and strategic communication.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and optimize the sales pipeline.
  7. Actively participate in online communities to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
  8. Create and manage engaging content and events to attract and retain potential clients.
  9. Monitor and analyze community feedback to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation.
  10. Track and report on lead generation and sales metrics.
  11. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  12. Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the industry.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales conversion on social media.
  • Experience in community management and engagement is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using lead generation tools and CRM software.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their user communities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
