Our tax service line operates as a team of highly experienced professionals who focus on delivering efficient and effective resources to companies in various regions. Our goal is to improve quality, manage risk, create efficiency and drive value.

We combine standard and efficient processes, highly effective tools and an extensive network of local tax and accounting professionals to provide an integrated, consistent and flexible quality service.

As part of a team, you will be providing high-quality services to clients across a range of industries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Combine strong technical skills with practical commercial, legislative and industry knowledge to lead a team in providing tax services.
  • Manage client compliance and reporting needs.
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen valued internal and external relationships ensuring the highest quality service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes, identify risks, escalate issues, and drive performance-improvement solutions.
  • Assist the team in generating new business opportunities and building client networks.
  • Create, lead and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a positive learning culture, and coaching junior team members.
  • Manage engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.
  • Ensure adherence to our Tax Quality guidelines.

Skills and Attributes for Success

If you are an excellent communicator and detail-oriented professional with a strong track record of management experience who is comfortable working across borders with a wide network of people and large amounts of data, you will be perfect for the role.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation or any related essential fields.
  • MBA, Masters or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification.
  • A very strong knowledge with over 6 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, corporate tax and compliance, financial tax reporting, ideally within a large professional services company.
  • A strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing, ideally within a large professional services company.
  • A strong track record of managerial, organizational and project management experience.

Ideally, You Will Also Have

  • Experience dealing with multinational clients and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • In-depth commercial, legislative and industry knowledge.
