About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as an International Education Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts to achieve significant growth in student enrollments and visa approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth Strategy:
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to drive student enrollment and visa approval numbers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and abilities.
  • Mentor and train new hires to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
Clients and Partnerships:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, universities, and other partners to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Financial Performance:
  • Manage sales budgets and forecast revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, and/or operations management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the student visa process and university admissions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective identification and resolution of issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Presentable personality.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
