The position involves responsible for the day-to-day tasks of air-conditioning and refrigeration departments, including maintenance, repair, and overhauling of equipment.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on HVAC equipment, keep maintenance records, and update your supervisor on daily tasks. Specific duties include:

  • Carry out repair and maintenance jobs on HVAC equipment in an effective manner.
  • Execute planned preventive maintenance activities on all HVAC equipment as per defined procedures.
  • Record all required information on job activity to maintain history and other relevant data.
  • Inspect or observe assigned equipment or services to minimize breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot problems in HVAC equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures at work.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A matric passed certificate.
  • A preferred Certificate course or Diploma in Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC).
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • The ability to understand and write simple Urdu and English.
