Digital Marketing Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled online marketer eager to learn and take on new challenges.

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various tasks across three key areas:

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Design, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to increase engagement and grow our readership effectively.
  • Develop and manage landing pages and email sequences using AWeber to foster connections and drive book sales.
Book Review and Formatting
  • Conduct thorough book reviews and light edits to ensure quality and consistency in all publications.
  • Format e-books and print books to publishing standards, with training provided if necessary to achieve perfection.
AI and Automation
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity to assist with content creation and streamline workflows efficiently.
  • Implement automation workflows using no-code platforms like Zapier or Integromat to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Additional Tasks
  • Assume various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth running of business operations.
  • Create simple graphics and promotional materials, if basic design skills and experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud are possessed.
Job Requirements

Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is desirable.

Key Skills:

  • Digital marketing experience, especially with Facebook Business Manager and AWeber.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT) and no-code automation (e.g., Zapier).
  • Strong English proficiency for reviewing, editing, and creating marketing content.
  • Basic design skills are a bonus (Canva or Adobe tools).
