Business Development Officer Lead

Job Overview:

Tech Peak is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer Lead to spearhead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and preferences to tailor our services.
  2. Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute effective marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  3. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets, organizations, and individuals who can benefit from our services.
  4. Value Creation: Develop strategies to enhance the value proposition of our existing customers while attracting new ones.
  5. Market Development: Find and develop new markets, improving sales performance through data-driven insights.
  6. Creative Communication: Craft compelling quotes and proposals that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  7. Team Leadership: Set goals for the development team and ensure business growth through effective strategy execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or marketing.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and Freelance website platforms would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and IT fluency are essential.
  • Able to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and thrive in uncertain environments.
