
Corporate Social Responsibility Leader

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to lead our corporate social responsibility initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Political sciences, MBA HR, Economics, Business, Environmental sciences or Communications.
- Develop and communicate the company's Health, Safety, Environment, Management System (HSEMS) and annual programs for implementation.
- Communicate with customers and develop factory profiles.
- Establish and maintain the company's Human Resources (HR), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, procedures, code of practices and guidelines aligned with local and international standards and regulations.
- Report to the Director on all aspects of HSE and HR Management System (HRMS).
- Cultivate best practices in HR and HSE through effective communication with management and staff.
- Systematically identify HSE and HRMS challenges, register them and develop updated systems, documentation, policy systems and relevant standards and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits of health and safety performance and employment standards.
- Facilitate external audits, development and submission of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), CAP execution etc.
- Provide guidance on preparing health and safety plans and monitor their effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain suitable health and safety and HRMS training standards.
- Advise and provide information to the Health and Safety committee.
- Recommend changes to the Health and Safety committee to improve policies.
- Develop and maintain a system to provide health and safety information to all workers.
- Support managers in developing detailed plans and procedures to ensure consistent and effective implementation of health and safety and HRMS policies.
- Maintain regular oversight of key performance indicators at all levels.
- Conduct review meetings with directors to discuss HSE and HRMS performance and develop action plans for improvement.
