As a Journal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our publications. With a strong research interest and proficiency in computer applications, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and usability of our journals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process administration and quality control to ensure the accuracy and completeness of metadata and e-files.
  • Maintain communication with authors, editors, and reviewers to facilitate the publication process.
  • Assess and prioritize manuscripts according to Service Level agreements set per journal.
  • Maintain people records online and perform keyword searching using search engines.
Requirements
  • Strong research interest and grip on computer applications (MS Office, Internet Browsing etc).
  • Good knowledge of written English and ability to communicate openly and actively with team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when required.
