Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence across social media platforms. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing content strategies that increase engagement, grow followers, and support broader marketing goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign results.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve content and strategy.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, tone, and brand voice.
  • Experience with content creation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
