Join our team as a Accounts Receivable Director
A leading role in project accounting and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the oversight of accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and collections.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor and report on project financials, identifying potential discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Publish project accounting reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain adherence to industry regulations and internal policies related to receivables and project accounting practices.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the efficiency of the receivables processes, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving cash flow.
  • Analyze project financial data to ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACCA or CMA are required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, with a focus on project accounting in the telecommunications sector.
  • Ability to manage complex financial data related to project accounting and reporting.
  • Detailed knowledge of industry regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
