We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services, as well as troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and assist in creating and updating customer support documentation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus, but not required.
