Sales Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Backhaul Dispatchers Private Limited. As a Sales Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving the B2B sales process with potential prospects. Your primary focus will be on contacting prospective clients through cold calls and email campaigns, as well as negotiating contract terms based on their business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, particularly in the truck dispatching industry. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure common objectives are reached. Additionally, you should be comfortable with rescheduling or following up with prospects if meetings do not occur.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales plans to meet individual activity and revenue targets set by the company.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Negotiating contracts and agreement terms with prospective clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide recommendations and solutions to client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year quota-carrying sales experience in US campaigns.
- Strong English language skills in written and verbal communication.
