Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and manage the accounts receivable team to ensure seamless collaboration

  3. Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  4. Develop and implement policies to enhance collection processes and minimize bad debt
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve overall performance
  6. Train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals and promote professional growth
  7. Prepare and present accounts receivable reports to management for informed decision-making
  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies to maintain a stable financial environment
Requirements:
  1. 4 to 5 years of experience in Medical Billing with a proven track record of success
  2. Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, including medical billing software and electronic health record systems
