This Sales Director position is responsible for overseeing and driving sales growth for our cost estimation services in the US market.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of cost estimation processes, and a proven track record in sales leadership.

This is a full-time, remote role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote cost estimation services in the US market.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with marketing and estimation teams to align sales initiatives with market trends and client needs.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance insights to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the US market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in outbound sales calling is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on cost estimation services targeting the US market.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and cost estimation processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
