Job Title: Incharge of HVAC Operations
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC technician leader to take charge of our plant's HVAC operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective operation of the HVAC system.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve HVAC system performance and safety.
- Monitor and control HVAC system maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Bachelor's degree in HVACR or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC system management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
