About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a junior HVAC technician to step into a leadership role and gain valuable experience in HVAC system management. As an incharge of HVAC operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of HVAC technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective operation of the HVAC system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve HVAC system performance and safety.
- Monitor and control HVAC system maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Degree in HVACR or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HVAC system management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
