We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead our business centre and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the centre while increasing sales and revenue, helping more people enjoy flexible working.
A Typical Day at Our Centre- You start the day with an informal team discussion to plan tasks and ensure everyone is prepared.
- You welcome members and guests, provide support with amenities, and help set up technology systems.
- You meet with new members to understand their business needs and identify potential networking opportunities.
- You coordinate large moves-in, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- You assist walk-in visitors interested in coworking memberships, providing tours and explaining benefits.
- You host regular operations meetings and conduct walk-arounds to engage with members and assess their experience.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong communication skills, ideally with hospitality or event industry experience. You will also have confidence and approachability to build relationships with customers, leadership ability to motivate and inspire teams, ownership mindset for problem-solving, positive attitude and adaptability to change, and proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills.

- Promote the centre to attract new customers and demonstrate the value of flexible workspace.
