Job Overview:

The Presales Executive plays a pivotal role in the presales team, engaging with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements. This involves developing tailored solutions that align with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Directly interact with potential clients to comprehend their business challenges and requirements. Assist in crafting and presenting customized solutions that meet their needs.
  2. Solution Development: Collaborate with the product and technical teams to develop solutions that satisfy client requirements. Ensure these solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with company capabilities.
  3. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and support the sales process. This includes preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  5. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Preferred), Engineering, or Business.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
  3. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software solutions and technology architectures.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Experience with delivering technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
