Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to drive process efficiency and improvement. As an expert in automation technologies, you'll work closely with our teams to identify manual tasks, develop scalable solutions, and champion continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit cross-functional workflows, prioritize high-impact automation targets, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Develop custom scripts and browser-based automations using modern no-code and low-code platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and deploy automation solutions that address business pain points.
  • Document workflows clearly, create internal guides, and facilitate knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor automations for performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize over time to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with one or more automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, n8n).
  • Experience building internal tools and backend workflows using low-code platforms.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple automation projects, prioritize work, and deliver results independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in workflow optimization, internal tooling, or systems integration.
  • Experience working with AI and LLM-based solutions, such as OpenAI and models like Gemini or LLaMA.
