AI Head of Product Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned AI professional to spearhead our internal AI initiatives tailored for healthcare practices and practitioners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage AI-driven product strategies and roadmaps for healthcare environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, compliance officers, and healthcare practitioners to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory standards, guaranteeing the highest level of data security and integrity.
  • Oversee product security and integrate robust cybersecurity practices, safeguarding against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing enhancement, delivering value-added solutions to customers.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within AI/ML and healthcare, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance, with expertise in risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Experience in cybersecurity best practices and security standards, with knowledge of industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams and foster collaboration.
