Senior AI Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Specialist who can leverage large language models and modern AI technology to deliver intelligent solutions within our electronic health record and care management ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced software as a service environment and wants to drive real-world innovation in the healthcare space.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with company objectives, particularly around documentation automation, predictive analytics, intelligent agents, and system optimization.
  • Identify and prioritize use cases for AI integration across engineering, product, and implementation teams, such as auto-plan generation, code copilots, and chatbot assistants.
  • Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions using large language models, reasoning and action graph pipelines, agentic frameworks, and AI coding assistants.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy AI features inside our modular electronic health record and care coordination platform.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, safe experimentation, and responsible AI adoption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in applied AI, machine learning, or natural language processing with at least 2 years leading AI-focused initiatives or teams.
