The Warehouse Operations Coordinator role is a vital position within our organization, requiring the ability to interface effectively between the floor and inventory teams.

This incumbent will be responsible for daily activities in their warehouse project and control related to floor operations. They must coordinate, prepare, implement, and provide regular reports in line with warehouse SOPs.

The successful candidate will maintain and control the daily project operations & activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and tracking stock movements.
  • Monitoring warehouse operations and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Inventory team to define cycle count/stock take schedules.
  • Ensuring that stock accuracy reported to management matches physical stock.

We seek a highly organized and analytical individual with excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehousing at a multinational or reputable local logistics company.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve goals.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, high achievement drive, and initiative-taking ability.
  • Good management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and related software.
