Job Description:

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be responsible for interfacing between floor and inventory teams to conduct accurate inbound and outbound activities.

The incumbent will control daily warehouse operations, monitor activities to ensure timely completion, and provide alternative solutions to the warehouse manager as needed.

Key responsibilities include maintaining project operations, controlling daily activities, and ensuring stock accuracy reported to the warehouse manager is physically matched with the system.

This role requires a strategic thinker with analytical skills, high achievement drive, and ability to take initiative.

A strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software is also essential.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or local logistics company
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field from a reputable institution
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies
  • Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve set goals and objectives
