Overview:
GK Hair is a leading hair care company seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth within the US Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accelerating our sales and revenue goals.
Job Description:
- Implement strategies to retain existing customers and reduce churn through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Meet sales targets by selling GKHAIR products to existing customers through regular communication and account planning.
- Develop and execute account plans for key customers, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and Support department for resolving any customer issues.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell additional products to existing customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous Business Development/Account Management experience and strong communication skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a persistent and proactive approach.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working with Gorgios, Shopify is a plus.
- High-energy and passion.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tasks.
