About the Job

This Associate Manager role oversees daily operations of the CS SMB Spanish Save motion and Winback motion, reporting directly to the Senior Manager(s) of Customer Success, SMB Save Team.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Customer Success Associates in Pakistan offices, focusing on:
