**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have expertise in engineering principles, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and refine mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and simulations to ensure design integrity and safety.
  • Build and evaluate prototypes, conduct performance tests, and make necessary design modifications.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage engineering projects, set deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Prepare engineering drawings, reports, and specifications for production and regulatory approval.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, ISO, etc.) and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues, recommend solutions, and assist in system improvements.
**Required Qualifications & Skills:**
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or a related area.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.) and simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB).
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, HVAC, or robotics.
  • Knowledge of 3D printing, CNC machining, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Understanding of sustainability and energy-efficient design principles.
