We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies, Azure AD Identity Protection, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access to ensure office 365 and Microsoft Azure security.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps and strategies for office 365 services.
  3. Administer and support configuration and policies for office 365.
  4. Provide technical support for designing, constructing, configuring, and maintaining office 365 tenants.
  5. Establish and maintain exchange mailboxes, user accounts, distribution groups, and enterprise exchange policies.
  6. Enhance mailbox performance through configurations and adjustments.
  7. Support project management in development and maintenance of project plans, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
  8. Maintain service level agreements by monitoring ticket queues.
  9. Collaborate with vendors like Microsoft/IBM for tier 3 support.
  10. Exhibit expert knowledge of o365/sharepoint environment, including applications, features, configuration, integration, and problem resolution.
  11. Show hands-on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of core o365 services, including:
    1. Teams – PC and mobile devices, integration with other o365 applications, chat/messages/voice integration.
    2. OneDrive – collaboration and file sharing across pc and mobile devices.
    3. Exchange online – mailbox migration.
    4. SharePoint online – policy enforcement, data protection, governance.
    5. Office pro plus.

This role requires a solid understanding of SharePoint/o365 administration.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, ITIL.
  • Ability to work in US EST time zone.

Our ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with exchange online, office 365, and PowerShell in a production environment.
