- Product Listings: Actively monitor and manage product listings, address any issues promptly, and implement improvements to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Client Satisfaction: Proactively identify opportunities for clients to enhance their presence and sales on the Amazon platform. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or compensating work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce/Amazon Brand Management.
- Highly organized and results-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Proven experience of working with Amazon Brands.
- Experienced in Amazon Seller Central.
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving resolutions collaboratively.
