Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the credit risk level by conducting regular reviews and implementing measures to minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless information exchange and effective decision-making.
  • Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Achieve profitable results through efficient resource utilization.
  • Streamline sales administration processes, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, detailing sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Promote the company's presence throughout Pakistan, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on business development and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license.
