Call Centre Manager – Recovery
Salary:PKR90,000.00-PKR120,000.00 per month
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our Recovery Call Centre operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of call centre metrics, agent performance management, and operational KPIs.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient calling strategies to improve recovery rates, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring high levels of team motivation and productivity.
The successful candidate will also oversee the use of CRM and call monitoring systems for quality control and resolve escalated issues and support effective customer interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing a call centre team, preferably in recovery, collections, or customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficient in CRM systems, call reporting tools, and MS Office.
