This role is responsible for managing the overall operations of our Karachi node.
Job DescriptionThe position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage day-to-day operations of the Karachi node, ensuring seamless delivery of internet services to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of engineers and technicians responsible for network maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate better deals and improve service quality.
- MBA (IT) or MBA with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles, preferably in ISP/DNOP sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
