Job Summary

As a Mobile Development Architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into software designs that serve as blueprints for implementation teams. Your role involves ensuring the implementation team adheres to these designs and delivers projects according to agreed-upon plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A successful Mobile Development Architect participates in project phases including presales, user experience design, sprint development, delivery, and review of overall proposals.
  • During user experience design, you provide valuable input and review wireframes from a technical standpoint, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Before development begins, you create necessary artifacts to guide the team, including a Solutions Design Document.
  • During the development phase, you ensure the design is followed, and any changes are documented.
  • You review the development team's work and provide training as needed, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.

Requirements:

  • Mastery in Computer Science with a Master's or Bachelor's degree from a reputable local or foreign university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience preferably in Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native technologies.
  • Familiarity with native build tools like XCode and Gradle.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience making crucial architecture and design decisions, such as data domain modeling, application of design patterns, and design using third-party components.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design, along with an in-depth understanding of coding languages, operating systems, and databases.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, allowing effective communication with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors involved in the development process.
  • Capable of analyzing and identifying potential short-term and long-term risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations in the future.
  • Skillful at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
